My marriage had gone down the tube…
It was November 2016, my then wife had just handed me separation papers and my music career had stalled, I had no money and was struggling to get everything moving again.
I knew I had to do something…
I was sleeping in my 15 passenger tour van at the local 24 hr gym,… so I could bathe, when I woke up one morning to the sound of a pressure washer cleaning concrete outside the gym entryway.
So I started my pressure washing business with almost no capital, a rental washer, and lots nerve in the van I was living in until I got my business up and running, rented a house and had somewhere to call a home office.
The kicker is, I was NO “expert” pressure washer; far from it.
In fact, I did not even own a huge trailer rig at first!
Really, the hardest part was understanding how to turn desperation into a real business that made money.
Here’s the thing… having no one to help me get started, I made costly mistakes and learned enough from them to make my entire living from pressure washing for more than 3 years.
But that was 3 years ago…
